Due to a marital dispute between the parents, the son suffers from Hay Fever & Bronchial Asthma.
A man reports
I am male, right-handed, and 55 years old.
At the age of 2, I developed hay fever and allergic bronchial asthma.
In retrospect, I learned that during this time, my parents had mentally and emotionally separated from each other (but divorce was out of the question for both of them due to their upbringing).
Asthma got worse and didn’t disappear entirely until I joined the soccer club when I was 12. During this time (from 12 to 16), my parents only cared about themselves, which meant I enjoyed a lot of freedom and was on the soccer field every day after school until sundown.
At 16, my parents started caring more because it was toward graduation and career choices. Asthma promptly returned.
Due to the family’s close ties, asthma remained my constant companion even after I moved out at 20.
In my mid-20s, I started to spend the summer months (because of the triggering allergy that starts in spring) from May to the end of September, all in Mallorca. Every year on the day I arrived in Malle, the asthma was gone (ultimately!!), and the day I returned in the fall, it was back. Then it slowly dawned on me that it was not so much the allergens but my psychological situation that had to be the cause.
At the age of 30, I had a life partner who was highly manipulative and did no good to me. Because of her and because of the common dog, I could not go to Mallorca anymore. Asthma became chronic and so bad that I was on the verge of suicide. After the separation two years later, it slowly got better again, but remained.
At the age of my mid-40s, I was able, for the first time to look at family ties detached from my own life and put myself first in my life. I have been healthy ever since.
If only I had known much of this earlier…!
Best regards

Thank you very much for this testimonial!
A very lovely track case! In Mallorca, asthma has gone… And a good example of conflict resolution! Simply because of the awareness that the cause has become irrelevant.
Apt also the last sentence! Knowledge makes you free!
