In this case, the cause of Migraine was so obvious that it was unmistakable to everyone.
Hey John, I have a very recent testimonial for you and your students, just experienced today.
We live in a beautiful town in Russia, far away from the threatened areas near Ukraine. We don’t notice anything at all about the special military operation here.
Today we had perfect weather, blue skies and sunshine. At about 11 a.m., my wife came from my office to me in the living room and asked if I couldn’t hear the sirens? No, I didn’t hear anything, not even on the balcony.
I went with her to the office, which is on the other side of the building, we opened the window, and sure enough, sirens were wailing from different directions. Some of the neighborhood dogs were even barking, otherwise the whole atmosphere was calm and relaxed, as usual.
It was a strange situation, what are we supposed to do now?
Pick up the children from kindergarten and school? Should we go down to the parking garage underneath the house? Or should we get into one of the bathrooms, because those are the only rooms without windows?
It was a strange situation. You look out of the window, everything is peaceful and relaxed as usual, but there’s the tense idea that everything might suddenly explode.
Is there a real danger, or is it just a drill?
My wife sat down on the floor with her cell phone and searched the city council’s information pages for information on whether it was a real alarm or just a drill. I turned on the radio and tried to find a local station, hoping for more information.
We spent about 15 minutes like this until the wailing of the sirens stopped. It was around this time that my wife found the information that today it was a nationwide drill, in all the cities of Russia.
Somehow the situation seemed unreal to me throughout, surely it wasn’t real. But my wife was visibly stressed, she suffered a frontal fear conflict with this unexpected alarm and as confirmation of her DHS, migraine set in as soon as she realized that it was just a drill.
She knew migraine, the symptom is not new to her, but she only has it very rarely, maybe once or twice a year. But today the correlation was so obvious that we would have recognized the connection between cause and effect even if we didn’t know Germanische Heilkunde. Literally the minute my wife learned that it was just an exercise, her migraine started. It didn’t even last long, no longer than the DHS was active, but it was enough to undoubtedly verify the connection between cause and effect in the sense of GHK.
It is challenging to imagine the conflicts people suffer when the sirens are actually followed by actual explosions.

Thank you for immediately thinking of me to share your experience of the 5 biological laws of nature. Your example shows very well that it is irrelevant whether a danger is real or whether you only believe it to be real. While you perceived the alarm as not real, your wife was obviously worried about the children, who were out there in the city somewhere. What’s in store for us? Are missiles coming in or not? Is there danger for you or the children or not?
A very vivid example of a frontal fear conflict, because how are you supposed to avoid this danger? The migraine is confirmation that your wife has resolved her frontal fear conflict, and this healing phase symptom kicked in instantly when she realized the danger wasn’t real.
I wish you that you never have to deal with a real alarm.
