Spinning Vertigo because of a messy construction site
I was working at home on my construction site in the morning. Since it wasn’t tidy and very crowded, I kept tripping over something. I felt like I was spinning in circles. This was not my day!
I got ready for the late shift at noon and drove to work. Shortly after, I noticed how it started to make me dizzy. I had trouble moving normally in a straight line. But I didn’t have any circulatory problems; I just had trouble with my balance.
After about 90 minutes, everything was over and back to normal. I also immediately knew how to relate this vertigo to the constant stumbling on the construction site in the morning.
Thank you for your seminars
Note by Helmut Pilhar
The cause of spinning vertigo is a fall conflict. You fall down the stairs while riding your bike; you see someone fall …
Tip to the house builder: A tidy construction site is a part of building a house. You hurt yourself less often, and working is also more fun. Also, you can avoid the track for the fall conflict, and you can avoid recurrences.
Thank you very much for this testimonial!
